VKD3D had quite a lot of issues in the second scene, you can see flickering and possibly missing textures.
For VKD3D to work I had to turn off Tesselation, Motion Blur and Shadow Quality. d3dcompiler_47.dll was also needed for VKD3D.
I used TKG's vkd3d-git with '01-wow-flicker-fix.myvkd3dpatch' and 'Support_RS_1.0_Volatile.myvkd3dpatch' community patches, unsure if they are needed as well.
