Star Citizen Alpha 3.23.1 PTU..9173159 - XOrg Vulkan vs Wayland Vulkan vs DX11 at Area 18

Revisiting Vulkan behaviour issue after collecting other backers' experiences and testing. It seems the issue is related to Wayland.
