Test converting nvidia frameview to mangohud format

what in the hell does mangohud do to calculate frame time and elapsed time values? 175.839 fps does not equal 5185 anything when converting. 175.839 = 2.93065ms? also how does the first frame being 175.839 make elapsed time 2538403?
